I'm needing a lot of inspiration these days and found a couple of items that just might help!  I really, really love the first one!

Meatball Sub On A Stick

Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp dried Oregano
1 Tbsp dried Basil
1 Tbsp dried Parsley or 1/4 cup fresh chopped
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can Pillsbury Original breadsticks
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 (10"-12") wooden skewers
Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
In bowl combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Oregano, Basil, Parsley, red pepper flakes and garlic. Form into 1 inch meatballs.
Open can of breadsticks and starting with one breadstick at a time thread dough then meatball. Repeat the process with 2 more meatballs alternating dough-meatball, ending with dough. Make sure to spread dough and meatballs away from each other by about 1/4", so the meatballs bake through and the dough has room to expand.
Bake for 20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through. Remove from oven and sprinkle each skewer with 1-2 Tbsp of shredded mozzarella cheese. Place back in oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Recipe stole.....ummm....borrowed from http://bestyumyrecipes.blogspot.com/2014/05/meatball-sub-on-stick.html who gives credit to several hotels, lol.

I have some frozen meatballs that need to be thawed out and used up.

Laws of Karma That Can Change Your Life

Long time no blog.

I haven't really had time to blog, as our finances have taken a bit of a nosedive, and I've been spending every free minute working online with watching videos, doing surveys, watching ads and anything else I can think of (without having to pay a cent of my own money, of course) to earn some grocery money.

While looking around on YouTube, trying to find Carl Sagan's original series called Cosmos, and being disappointed as most of the 13 (I think) parts are showing up as being not available in my country, somehow I discovered a video and the subsequent discussion as to whether or not Mediums are truly talking to the deceased, or are they just huge fakes, and somehow I ended up clicking a link to a link to a link (don't act like you don't know what I'm talking about), to a page about Karma that I thought was very interesting.  In reading the 12 Little Known Laws of Karma I must admit I had a couple of aha moments and wanted to make sure I keep the page link handy.  What better way to preserve it without having to dig through 500 pages of stuff on Facebook than to save it here.  I know I will want to read and re read this since I'm all about inspiration these days.  I hope it might be a little inspirational to someone else as well.
